Cheryl believes everyone can benefit from yoga practice. Her classes focus on the synchronicity of breathing and movement to emphasize the awareness of the present and the bodily experience. She offers an energizing yet relaxing experience for her students.
Classes take place every Saturday morning on Lamma Island.
